If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your pastries, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a full replacement or issue a complete refund — your choice.
Our Refund Policy
Because our products are perishable frozen food items, we handle returns differently from traditional retail. Here is our policy in full:
Eligible for a Full Refund or Replacement
You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrived partially or fully thawed due to shipping failure
- The packaging was damaged and the products were compromised
- You received the wrong items
- The quality of the product did not meet expectations (texture, flavor, etc.)
- Your order was lost in transit
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or replacement, please:
- Contact us at hello@myfrenchbaker.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- Describe the issue and, if possible, attach 1–2 photos of the products
We will respond within 1 business day and process your refund or ship a replacement within 2–3 business days.
Not Eligible for a Refund
We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
- The product was thawed by the customer and not baked within the recommended timeframe
- The product was not stored correctly after delivery (must be kept at 0°F / -18°C)
- A request is made more than 7 days after delivery
- Personal taste preferences that are not related to product quality
- Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout
Cancellations
Because we begin preparing your order immediately after it is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. To cancel, email us immediately at hello@myfrenchbaker.com with your order number.
Orders that have already entered the baking process cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the credit may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement.
