How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart (or build a custom box), and proceed to checkout. Payment is handled securely by Stripe.

What is "Build Your Own Box"?

Our box builder lets you mix and match any products to create your perfect collection. Minimum 5 items โ€” no maximum. Perfect for trying multiple flavors!

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You have a 2-hour window to cancel or modify your order. After that, our bakers begin preparation. Email hello@myfrenchbaker.com immediately with your order number.

Do you offer subscriptions or recurring orders?

A subscription option is coming soon! Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our refrigerated warehouse near Dallas, TX. We serve all 50 US states.

When does my order ship?

Orders ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. This ensures your frozen pastries don't spend extra days in transit over a weekend.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is always FREE, on every order, with no minimum purchase required. Your frozen pastries are delivered express with dry ice, included.

How do you keep the products frozen during shipping?

Every order is packed with pharmaceutical-grade dry ice in an insulated thermal box. Products are guaranteed to arrive frozen.

What if I'm not home when the package arrives?

The dry ice keeps your pastries frozen for 12โ€“24 hours after delivery, so it's perfectly safe to leave at your door. Just get them in the freezer when you get home.

Products

How long can I keep the pastries in my freezer?

Properly stored at 0ยฐF (-18ยฐC), your pastries stay fresh for up to 3 months. We recommend consuming within 6 weeks for optimal quality.

How do I bake the pastries from frozen?

Thaw overnight in the fridge or at room temperature for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and bake for 12โ€“16 minutes until golden. Specific instructions are included with every order.

Can I refreeze pastries after thawing?

No โ€” please do not refreeze pastries after thawing. Bake and enjoy them all at once for the best experience.

Are your products made with real French butter?

Yes. We use only AOC-certified French butter โ€” the same standard required by Parisian bakeries. No substitutes, no compromises.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our products contain wheat (gluten), dairy (butter, milk), and eggs. The almond croissant also contains tree nuts. All products are made in a shared facility. Please check individual product pages for full allergen info.

Returns & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay and more โ€” all securely handled by Stripe.

What if my order arrives damaged or thawed?

Contact us within 7 days at hello@myfrenchbaker.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

How do I request a refund?
